Delegasi MA RI Dalami Penegakan Putusan di Federal Court of Australia

MARINews, Melbourne – Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia (MA RI) kembali memperkuat komitmennya dalam mendorong peningkatan kualitas peradilan melalui pengembangan kapasitas hakim di tingkat internasional.
Hal tersebut ditandai dengan dimulainya agenda Indonesian Judicial Fellowship di Federal Court of Australia (FCA), Melbourne, yang berlangsung mulai 27 Juli hingga 7 Agustus 2026.
Empat hakim Indonesia menjadi bagian dari program tersebut, yakni Dr. Rosana Kesuma Hidayah, S.H., M.Si., (Hakim PN Jakarta Pusat), Adhika Budi Prasetyo, S.H., M.B.A., M.H., (Hakim Yustisial Kamar Perdata MA RI), Ni Putu Asih Yudiastri, S.H., M.H., (Hakim Pengadilan Negeri Jepara) dan Dwi Satya Nugroho Aji, S.H., LL.M., (Hakim Yustisial pada Biro Hukum dan Humas Ma RI).
Delegasi Mahkamah Agung RI ini turut didampingi oleh Dr. Aria Suyudi, S.H., LL.M., anggota Tim Pembaruan Peradilan Mahkamah Agung RI.
Program fellowship ini bertujuan mendukung prioritas pemerintah untuk meningkatkan daya saing nasional, yang tercermin dalam indikator Business Ready Index dan modernisasi peradilan nasional melalui studi perbandingan praktik terbaik yurisdiksi komersial di Australia.
MARINews, Melbourne – The Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia (Mahkamah Agung RI) has reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening the quality of the judiciary by enhancing judges’ professional capacity through international collaboration.
This commitment is reflected in the commencement of the Indonesian Judicial Fellowship at the Federal Court of Australia (FCA) in Melbourne, which is being held from 27 July to 7 August 2026.
Four Indonesian judges are participating in the program: Dr Rosana Kesuma Hidayah, SH, MSi, Judge of the Central Jakarta District Court; Adhika Budi Prasetyo, SH, MBA, MH, Judicial Officer in the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia; Ni Putu Asih Yudiastri, SH, MH, Judge of the Jepara District Court; and Dwi Satya Nugroho Aji, SH, LLM, Judicial Officer with the Bureau of Law and Public Relations of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia.
The delegation from the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia is accompanied by Dr Aria Suyudi, SH, LLM, a member of the Supreme Court’s Court Reform Team.
The Fellowship Program aims to support the Indonesian Government’s priority of strengthening national competitiveness, as reflected in the Business Ready Index, while advancing the modernisation of Indonesia’s judiciary through comparative study of leading practices in Australia’s commercial courts.
