Dalam upaya memperkuat sistem pencegahan dan penanganan Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual (TPKS) yang berperspektif korban, Kementerian PPPA bersama BPSDM Hukum Kementerian Hukum menyelenggarakan Training of Trainers (ToT) Pencegahan dan Penanganan TPKS.

🤝 Kegiatan ini menjadi langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan kapasitas aparat penegak hukum, tenaga layanan pemerintah, serta lembaga penyedia layanan berbasis masyarakat agar mampu memberikan perlindungan, pendampingan, dan akses keadilan yang lebih baik bagi korban.

📚 Melalui pelatihan ini, peserta dibekali pemahaman mengenai hak-hak korban, prinsip non-diskriminasi, kesetaraan gender, serta pendekatan yang humanis dalam setiap tahapan penanganan TPKS.

👩‍⚖️ Kepala BPSDM Hukum Kementerian Hukum, Gusti Ayu Putu Suwardani, menegaskan bahwa tujuan utama pelatihan ini bukan hanya memahami teori, tetapi juga membentuk fasilitator yang kompeten, profesional, dan berempati terhadap korban.

🌏 Didukung Pemerintah Australia melalui program INKLUSI dan AIPJ3, pelatihan ini diharapkan mampu melahirkan agen-agen perubahan yang akan memperluas penguatan kapasitas SDM di berbagai wilayah Indonesia.

🛡️✨ Every victim has the right to be heard, protected, and got justice.

In an effort to strengthen the system of preventing and handling the crime of sexual violence (TPKS) with a victim perspective, the Ministry of PPPA together with the Legal BPSDM of the Ministry of Law held a Training of Trainers (TOT) for the prevention and handling of TPKS.

This activity is a strategic step to increase the capacity of law enforcement officers, government service personnel, and community-based service providers to be able to provide better protection, assistance, and access to justice for victims.

Through this training, participants are provided with an understanding of the rights of victims, principles of non-discrimination, gender equality, and a humanist approach in every stage of handling TPKS.

The Head of Legal BPSDM of the Ministry of Law, Gusti Ayu Putu Suwardani, emphasized that the main purpose of this training was not only to understand theory, but also to form competent, professional, and empathic facilitators towards the victim.

Supported by the Australian Government through the Inclusion Program and AIPJ3, this training is expected to be able to produce agents of change who will expand the strengthening of human resources capacity in various parts of Indonesia.

Together, we create a more responsive, inclusive, and fair TPKS handling system for all victims.
