Dalam Basic Mentoring Skill Training bersama @bphpimari dan para Hakim Perempuan dari berbagai lingkungan peradilan berdiskusi mengenai kepemimpinan, integritas, prinsip mentoring, hingga perspektif #GEDSI dalam penanganan perkara kelompok rentan seperti perempuan, anak, dan #PenyandangDisabilitas.
Perspektif GEDSI menjadi penting agar proses peradilan tidak hanya terlihat adil secara prosedural, tetapi juga mampu menghadirkan keadilan substantif yang mampu memahami konteks trauma, relasi kuasa, dan kerentanan korban.

Building an inclusive #judicial start from strengthening the capacity of #HakimPerempuan!
In basic mentoring skills training with @BPHPIMARI and female judges from various judicial environments, we discuss leadership, integrity, mentoring principles, to the perspective of #GEDSI in handling cases of vulnerable groups such as women, children, and #disability persons.
The GEDSI perspective is important so that the judicial process does not only look procedurally fair, but is also able to present substantive justice that is able to understand the context of trauma, power relations, and vulnerability of victims.
