The project aims to develop common inter-agency referral protocols, establish functional and technical interoperability requirements (including a prototype referral mechanism), build operational capacity among WBS handlers, and strengthen cross-agency coordination for whistleblower protection and follow-up.
Key GOI Partners Involved: Witness and Victim Protection Agency (Lembaga Perlindungan Saksi dan Korban / LPSK), Attorney General’s Office (AGO), Indonesian National Police (INP), Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), Coordinating Ministry for Law, Human Rights, Immigration and Corrections, Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA), and Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (KemenPANRB).
