Konferensi yang menerima hampir 300 naskah karya ilmiah (call for papers) ini menghadirkan lima ruang kajian strategis, meliputi: konsolidasi regulasi dan kelembagaan negara; keadilan ekonomi dan lingkungan untuk kesejahteraan rakyat; kemandirian dan integritas kekuasaan kehakiman; pemilihan umum yang demokratis dan konstitusional; serta penguatan kelembagaan partai politik.

Seluruh gagasan dan rekomendasi akademik yang dihimpun selama konferensi dijadwalkan diserahkan kepada Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat (MPR) sebagai kontribusi pemikiran hukum bagi bangsa

Kuasa Usaha Australia untuk Indonesia pada Kedutaan Besar Australia, Gita Kamath, mengatakan pemerintah Australia dan Kedutaan Besar Australia mendukung penyelenggaraan KNHTN IX melalui program Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Justice (AIPJ3).

Menurut Gita, konferensi tersebut menjadi contoh kolaborasi antara pemerintah, akademisi, dan masyarakat sipil dalam menghasilkan kebijakan yang responsif dan inklusif.

The conference received nearly 300 scientific paper submissions (call for papers) and presented five strategic study areas, including: consolidation of state regulations and institutions; economic and environmental justice for the welfare of the people; independence and integrity of the judiciary; democratically and constitutionally organized elections; as well as strengthening of political party institutions.

All academic ideas and recommendations gathered during the conference are scheduled to be submitted to the People’s Consultative Assembly (MPR) as contributions of legal thought for the nation.

The Australian Business Representative for Indonesia at the Australian Embassy, Gita Kamath, stated that the Australian government and the Australian Embassy support the organization of KNHTN IX through the Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Justice (AIPJ3).

According to Gita, the conference serves as an example of collaboration between the government, academics, and civil society in producing responsive and inclusive policies.
