Dari Putusan ke Kepastian, PTA Surabaya dan AIPJ3 Perjuangkan Hak Perempuan dan Anak

Pengadilan Tinggi Agama (PTA) Surabaya kembali menunjukkan komitmennya dalam mendorong terwujudnya sistem peradilan yang responsif terhadap perlindungan perempuan dan anak melalui penyelenggaraan Audiensi Pemenuhan Hak-Hak Perempuan dan Anak bersama Australia Indonesia Partnership for Justice (AIPJ). Kegiatan yang berlangsung pada Senin (3/8/2026) pukul 09.00 WIB di Aula K.H. Abdullah Siddiq PTA Surabaya ini menjadi forum strategis untuk membahas penguatan implementasi putusan pengadilan dalam perkara keluarga melalui kolaborasi lintas sektor dan inovasi berbasis teknologi.
Audiensi dihadiri oleh jajaran Australia Indonesia Partnership for Justice (AIPJ), Kementrian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak, perwakilan Direktorat Jenderal Badan Peradilan Umum Mahkamah Agung RI (Ditjen Badilum), pimpinan Pengadilan Agama Surabaya dan Pengadilan Agama Gresik, para Hakim Tinggi, Panitera, Sekretaris, Panitera Muda Banding, serta Panitera Muda Hukum Pengadilan Tinggi Agama Surabaya.
Membuka kegiatan, Ketua Pengadilan Tinggi Agama Surabaya, Dr. H. Zulkarnain, S.H., M.H., menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan lembaga peradilan tidak hanya diukur dari kualitas putusan yang dihasilkan, tetapi juga dari sejauh mana putusan tersebut mampu diwujudkan secara nyata dalam kehidupan masyarakat.
The Surabaya High Religious Court (PTA Surabaya) has once again demonstrated its commitment to promoting a justice system that is responsive to the protection of women and children by hosting a Dialogue on Fulfilling the Rights of Women and Children in partnership with the Australia Indonesia Partnership for Justice (AIPJ). Held on Monday, 3 August 2026, at 9.00 am (WIB) in the K.H. Abdullah Siddiq Hall at the Surabaya High Religious Court, the dialogue served as a strategic forum to discuss strengthening the implementation of family court decisions through cross-sector collaboration and technology-driven innovation.
The dialogue was attended by representatives from the Australia Indonesia Partnership for Justice (AIPJ), the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection, representatives of the Directorate General of General Courts of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia (Ditjen Badilum), leaders of the Surabaya Religious Court and the Gresik Religious Court, as well as High Court Judges, the Court Registrar, the Court Secretary, the Deputy Registrar for Appeals, and the Deputy Registrar for Legal Affairs of the Surabaya High Religious Court.
Opening the event, the Chief Judge of the Surabaya High Religious Court, Dr H. Zulkarnain, SH, MH, emphasised that the success of the judiciary should not be measured solely by the quality of its decisions, but also by the extent to which those decisions are effectively implemented and deliver tangible outcomes for the community.
